How Do I Place An Order?

There is a buy now button on every product that leads to Square where you can process payment for your order. At this time, we ask that if you would like to place an order for multiple items that you email us at MondayHerrinSales@gmail.com so we can work out a a fair shipping price or for orders over $150 we are happy to offer free shipping.

Payment and Shipping

Payment will take place through Square either by the Buy it buttons on products or in some cases, we will send an invoice for products. Square accepts all major credit cards as well as debit cards and mobile wallets like Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, and Google pay. For additional payment methods, we can accept Venmo, Paypal, and CashApp upon request.

Once payment is received, the item will be shipped out via economy shipping within 2 business days (unless we're on vacation!). I say 2 business days, but most likely the item will go out same day as payment is received because we like to treat our customers right!

Returns & Refunds

We offer returns up to 30 days from postmarked product arrival. Please note return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued when the item returns in the same condition it was sent in.

Do you offer custom requests?

We sure do! Just let us know what you are looking for and we will see what we can do and give you an estimate. If you like a piece in our collection, but it's not in the color you want, let us know and we can give you some options and work out the details. Please note that this type of work never creates the exact same piece twice. Electricity moves how it wants, different woods take our stains differently, etc., but every piece is beautiful and unique.

We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible, but it could take up to 24 hours. (Probably not cause our phones are basically always with us, but have to be safe!)
